Analysis & Modelling for Market Research

Techniques/Services

of AMMR

The techniques I most frequently use, listed on the left, fall into two broad categories. Analysis tends to be exploratory and descriptive, while modelling is both descriptive and predictive. Both are multivariate in that they take account of many variables simultaneously.

Multivariate methods such as these are widely used in quantitative market research. Some techniques are more popular than others and it seems they almost go in and out of fashion.

Each technique is briefly described along with a graphical example or representation. A real, anonymised, CBC model can be downloaded under that section.
